Must Know
- No pets, only official guide/therapy dogs
- You must board & alight at Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Terminal
- Cable cars depart every 3-7 min
Good to Know
- To get to The Art of Chocolate : Take a 25-minute ride on Ngong Ping Cable Car and alight at the Ngong Ping Terminal. Walk towards the direction of Ngong Ping Village
- Ngong Ping cable car service will be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance during the following periods:
- May 12 to 20, 2026
- June 2 -21, 2026 *During the maintenance periods, Ngong Ping Village and the indoor attractions, including the Cable Car Discovery Centre and Motion 360, will remain open

- Bags over 48x34x23cm or 4kg are not allowed (storage available at Tung Chung Terminal for an extra fee)
- Disabled guests can approach the Guest Services Operators to be escorted to the elevator at Mei Tung Street
- Service may be suspended due to inclement weather, and opening hours may vary during festive seasons
- No eating or drinking in the cabin, with the exception of water
