  • For safety reasons, large luggage, including suitcases and shopping bags, is not permitted on the tower. Backpacks must not exceed 45 × 35 × 20 cm (W × H × L)

Getting There: Any bus, train, tram or metro to Alexanderplatz.

Safety Regulations:

To ensure the safety of the visitors in the event of an evacuation, there is, due to the structural conditions which exist in the Berlin TV Tower, no admittance for wheelchair users and persons with current impaired mobility.

Before you buy

Kids under 4 years old can join for free, get a free ticket for them onsite.

On-site usage

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
  • The venue is located directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station
  • Leave your wardrobe at the entrance area at no cost
  • Go directly to the security control on the first floor of the TV Tower and show your smartphone voucher
  • Hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile
  • You will be allocated seating by a hostess who will meet you at the steps to the restaurant
  • The chosen timeslot is for the reservation at the restaurant; you can visit the observation deck afterward
  • Restaurant reservations can only be held for 15 minutes from the time on your voucher
