Tsutenkaku: Observation Deck & Experience Entry

• If you wish to enter the “Observation Deck,” a separate admission fee for the “Observation Deck” is required (except for customers who purchased the All-in-One Experience ticket)

Tower Slider non-eligibility:

• Ages 7–65; minimum height: 120 cm; weight: under 120 kg
• Ages 7–12 must be with an adult (18+)
• Ages 13+ may ride alone with guardian consent
• Not permitted during pregnancy, under alcohol influence, or with health, mobility, vision, motion sickness, light sensitivity, or height/enclosed/dark-space concerns
• Must safely wear the helmet/sliding bag and follow staff instructions

Dive & Walk non-eligibility:

• Ages 9–65; minimum height: 130 cm; weight: under 120 kg
• Ages 9–14 must be with an adult (18+); child tickets sold on-site only
• Ages 15+ may participate alone
• Not permitted during pregnancy, under alcohol influence, in poor health, or with health, mobility, vision, or height/enclosed/dark-space concerns
• Sandals, high heels, business shoes, and unsuitable footwear are not permitted
• Must safely wear the helmet/harness and follow staff instructions
